2 TBSP Taramind |
1.5 TSP Sugar |
2 TSP Fish Sauce |
2 TSP Oyster Sauce |
INGREDENTS
2 TBSP Cooking Oil |
2-3 Cloves of Garlic |
1/2 Cup Chicken |
1/2 Cup Shiitake Mushrooms |
1 Chive |
1 Cup Rice Noodles |
1/4 Cup Bean Sprouts |
1/4 Cup Peanuts |
1 Lime |
INSTRUCTIONS
- Chop up the garlic cloves and chicken. On low heat, add 2 TBSPs of oil to a frying pan with the minced garlic, until fragrant. Keeping the heat low is important to avoid burning the garlic.
- Add the chopped chicken to the pan and cook for 1 minute.
- Mix all of the seasoning together in a small bowl. Then add the chopped shiitake mushrooms and the seasoning to the fying pan and turn the heat up to medium and stir for 1-2 mins. Crack the egg into the pan and give i a good mixing.
- Add the rice noodles to the pan and along with 2 TBSP of water. Stir until the noodles look soft.
- Add the bean sprouts and chives to the pan. Give it a few stirs and you’re done! Plate the pad thai.
- Crush the peanuts and add a few slices of lime to the plate as desired.
